BOOKING CONDITIONS
Full board starts with lunch of the day of arrival and ends with breakfast of the day of departure.
Conditions for the entire booked period are the same for full or half board.
Meals not consumed are not recoverable.
In case of late arrival or early departure, payment for the entire stay will be charged.
Check-in
Rooms are available from 3 pm; if arrival is expected after 10 pm we would be grateful if you would let us know.
Check-out
We kindly ask you to vacate your rooms on the day of departure by 10 am.
City tax
Prices do not include the tourist tax: €2,00 per night, per person from 14 years old (for a maximum of 10 days).
Confirmation and deposit
A deposit of €100.00 per person is required.
Booking is completed only upon receipt of the deposit.
Cancellation policy
The deposit is not returned in the case of cancellation.
It can be reused for a future holiday of the same duration, but only if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the arrival date.
Payment for stay
Payment for the stay is made the evening before departure by 10 pm.
Please communicate your payment method and billing needs in advance.
Cash, bank checks, credit cards, debit cards are accepted.
Credit card accepted: Visa, CartaSì, MasterCard (We do not accept American Express and Diners).
